The cottage offers a spacious 30 m² living area combining kitchen, dining, and lounge, with Wi-Fi included. Located in a small hamlet near Sancoins, close to the Tronçais Forest for nature lovers, and near the Lurcy-Lévis and Magny-Cours race tracks for motorsport enthusiasts, or simply in the countryside for those seeking peace and quiet. Ideally situated for travelers, as it is in the center of France, near Saint-Amand-Montrond. The bedroom is in a separate house. Cleaning is the guest’s responsibility.
